The journey

Six phases, nothing left vague

The process is long and bureaucratic. We break it into clear stages: you always know where you stand, what is expected of you, and what is in our hands.

  1. 01

    Screening

We assess your background, your education and your motivation, then hold a first interview. You find out quickly whether your application moves forward.

  2. 02

    Building your file

Collecting your documents, sworn translations and legalisations, a Europass CV and a cover letter that meets German expectations.

  3. 03

    Qualification recognition

Filing the Anerkennung application with the competent authority of your Land and following it through to the Anerkennungsbescheid.

  4. 04

    Search & applications

We identify schools and care providers, send applications on your behalf and prepare you for the interviews.

  5. 05

    Visa & immigration

Preparing the Ausbildung visa application (§ 16a AufenthG), booking the consular appointment and following it to approval.

  6. 06

    Departure & settling in

Housing, insurance, bank account, Anmeldung on arrival: you are supported right up to your first day of training.

Our role

What we take off your hands

You focus on your German and your interviews. We deal with the German administration, which is the real obstacle.

Document file

A personal checklist, every document checked, and a warning before anything expires. Nothing gets lost, nothing gets forgotten.

Translations & legalisation

Referral to sworn translators (beeidigte Übersetzer) and follow-up on apostilles according to your country of origin.

German language tracking

B2 is the target for nursing. We track your progress, your Goethe or telc exam registrations and your certificates.

Finding a provider

A directory of German schools and employers, targeted applications, and follow-up on every reply.

Visa procedure

A complete consular file: signed contract, proof of accommodation, cover letter.

Preparing for arrival

What awaits you in Germany: the rhythm of an Ausbildung, daily life in a care facility, and the formalities of your first weeks.

The profile

Who this support is for

We would rather be straight with you from the start than cost you months. A file is only opened when the entry conditions are met, or clearly within reach.

  • A nursing, care assistant or equivalent healthcare qualification
  • German at B2 level, or in progress with a clear plan to get there
  • A valid passport and a clean criminal record
  • The means to cover procedure fees and the proof of funds the consulate requires
  • A genuine intention to settle in Germany and work there

The fees

Two instalments, tied to results

You are not paying a subscription, nor a lump sum in the dark. Each instalment is triggered by a milestone that has actually been reached.

Instalment 1

File opening fee

Triggered by
Once your profile is accepted at screening
Unlocks
The full preparation of your file
Instalment 2

Placement fee

Triggered by
Once your Ausbildung contract is signed
Unlocks

Amounts are given to you during the first interview. No payment is taken on this site: you pay through the agreed channels and upload your proof to your area, which we confirm manually.

Frequently asked

What people ask us most

Do I need to speak German already to start?

No, you can open a file while you are still learning. That said, B2 is required to begin a nursing Ausbildung and for the visa application: it cannot be skipped before departure, and we track your progress until you get there.

How long does the whole procedure take?

It depends on three things we do not control alone: how fast your German progresses, the recognition times specific to each Land, and how long the consulate takes to give you an appointment. We give you a realistic estimate after the first interview, and your personal area always shows the current stage.

How do payments work?

In two instalments tied to concrete milestones: the file opening fee once your profile is accepted, then the placement fee once the Ausbildung contract is signed. Amounts are given to you at the first interview, before any commitment.

Is payment made on this site?

No. No payment is collected online here. You pay through the agreed channels (mobile money, bank transfer) and simply upload your proof of payment to your area; we confirm it manually.

What happens if my application does not succeed?

We tell you plainly, and as early as possible. A profile that does not meet the entry conditions is set aside at the screening stage, before any file opening fee is paid.

Let’s talk about your plans

A first conversation lets us assess your profile and tell you honestly whether this path is realistic for you, and on what timescale.
